It’s finally starting to feel like spring is coming to Sweden, with longer days and warmer weather. Thank God for the spring that’s on its way! We also realised that we not only have deer in our neighbourhood but foxes as well. The other night when Chris was taking a walk with Teebo a fox approached them. But this little cat is not afraid of anything, she started to hiss at the fox, who got scared and ran away in a hurry, and Teebo started running after it, fortunately she is on the leach a Chris could stop her. She maybe felt that she needed to protect Chris from the danger.
We had a couple of wonderful days in Belfast and on the Crosslinks Belfast conference, It was a great joy to see some of you at the conference. We also went to one of our partner churches, and it was a blessing to see them again and catch up with old friends and make new ones.
Every spring, we run a Marriage Preparation Course, and this year will be no different. We’ll start the new course in mid-March. Please pray for the participants and for us as we teach.
In our last letter to you, we asked you to pray for the Small Group Leaders Training Course, a collaboration with two other like-minded churches, and so far it’s going very well. We have about 25 participants from all three churches, which is really exciting. Pray for all the participants of this course, and pray for the leaders who are teaching it. Pray also for Chris, who is writing all the teaching material and is part of the training team.
Please pray for Chris and Richard as they are preparing for a new sermon series on Paul’s letter to the Colossians.
We are also planing to spend a couple of days in Gothenburg to visit Lotta’s parents and to attend Rotad’s (firmly grounded) conference “Utrustad” (equipped). Please pray for a safe journey and for the conference.
