Dear friends and partners in mission,
Winter is back! After a couple of nice days with spring in the air, and rising temperature, we suddenly found ourselves with snow and a beautiful Winterland again, after a snowstorm passed by. So we’ll have to wait for the Spring light longer than we thought.
Meanwhile, Chris is meeting up with several men on One on One bible readings. There is a hunger for the word of God, but many of the men that are coming to the church are also struggling both with family life and their faith. Pray for them and Chris as they together read the Bible on a weekly basis. Pray especially for Alexis, who committed his life to Christ in November – Chris is now doing follow up and discipleship with him.
Though we are glad and thankful for what the Lord is doing in our ministry, we do have some struggles and facing some hardship. One of the problems is the venue for our Sunday services. It seems that the owners of the old and beautiful church building, don’t like us particular, as they lean towards liberal theology and are in best case tolerating us. Our biggest issue is that they are now only giving us access to one Sunday morning per month. And sometimes we are not even allowed to have services in the afternoon/evenings either. It has even happened that they have rented out the venue to a non-christian organisation who barges in and we have to quickly remove ourselves. We are still in communication with the owners and are hoping to find a solution. Please have us in your prayers, as we are trying to solve this issue. Meanwhile, we have started to look for another place to meet in Åkersberga
The other issue is Lotta’s work, there are constant changes going on and Lotta’s tasks are continually changing. Which is frustrating for Lotta, as it takes a lot of her energy and makes it more difficult to focus on her ministry in the church. Please pray for her and that things sort out on her work.
We want to thank you all for praying for Lotta’s wrist, which is now completely healed.
Lotta’s workshop on Church planting, went brilliantly thanks to your prayers, encouragement and support. She had a great opportunity to speak to a group of young people from the South part of Sweden.

- Please continue to pray for our Bible study groups, that they will grow in their knowledge and love of the Lord and reach out to new people.
- Pray for the upcoming Conference (29 – 30th of March) in Gothenburg organized by Trevor Watson. Pray for us as we are going to do a workshop on Marriage and Ministry on Friday 29th and for Chris, preaching an exposition on Matthew 1 on Saturday 30th.
- Pray also for our soon upcoming Easter family service and our outreach.
- Pray for the partakers in the Marriage Preparation course.
